A9 Heat pump Heat pump Check heat pump (see
page 116), primary pump,
secondary pump and re-
place if necessary. The unit
goes into reduced mode
with the instantaneous
heating water heater until
the fault message has been
acknowledged. After the re-
pair has been carried out,
the heat pump starts again
only after the equipment
was first turned OFF.
EXT E heater The flow temperature does
not rise; the instantaneous
heating water heater may
be faulty
Check the high limit safety
cut-out and the heater ele-
ments; replace, if required
AC Natural cool-
